All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from the Netherlands.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • Shipping times may vary depending on destination

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays or customs processing (for international orders).

Returns

Due to the limited and one-of-a-kind nature of our items, we apply a strict return policy.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received, exactly as described on the product page

  • No additional wear, damage, odors, or alterations may be present

  • Items must not show signs of further use beyond the condition originally stated

  • All original tags and packaging must be included where applicable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be refused.

To initiate a return, please contact us by email before sending the item back.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Condition of Items

All items sold by RE:DESIGNER are pre-owned designer items, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Each item is:

  • Individually inspected

  • Authenticated

  • Carefully described with its exact condition

Minor signs of wear may be present and are part of the item’s character.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the condition as described on the product page.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take up to 5 business days

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

If a returned item does not meet our return conditions, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
